Very easy and casual conversation asked me to give info about myself and my experience. No testing assessment. Just be your professional self. Mgr was very nice gave great info about the company, position, benefits, and the location itself.

Takes a couple days to call back. Interview process is very quick. Had the interview same week and was offered a job during interview. Started work two weeks later. The paperwork takes a couple days to process

The interview questions are performance based questions about previous experiences with 1-3 members of management present. A background check is performed, (felonies surprisingly are not an automatic refusal, some are accepted depending on several factors), a tour of the facility is given.
