You sit far away from the person who is doing the interview. It is a basic general interview. Not really sure what they were looking for. We talked about phlebotomy, the company, and personal interests.They give you a tour of the facility which is not long at all. Its one big room with walls that separate the room into sections.
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
