I was referred by a CSC person. Because I was a known successful professional in the business it was a very easy interview. We discussed mostly trends in the business and how they would effect systems integrators who had relied mostly on client/server architecture over the last 20 years to drive revenue.

Entretien
Hiring process took 7 months from initial contact. Not sure why they were unable to do it quicker since I gave them the name of another BD person that was hired within two weeks. I stayed in touch throughout the whole process and it went fine other than the delays.
