It was a 4 hour interview where I met 5 - 6 people at various levels within the organization. It was largely a "fit" interview. There were a few behavioral interview questions, as well. The people were all very nice and polite. Very few consultants work at the home office, so it may not be the best way to measure the true work experience...

Appel téléphonique avec un autre consultant pour cooptation puis 3 entretiens d’affilé au siège de l’entreprise. Seulement 2 entretiens étaient prévus. Le troisieme s’est organisé à la fin du 2ème.

Suite à un forum de recrutement, proposition de participer à une session de recrutement collectif sur une demi-journée.
- Présentation de l'entreprise par un manager
- Retour d'expérience d'un ancien stagiaire devenu consultant junior
- 1 test de français
- 2 entretiens avec 2 Business Unit différentes pour connaître les envies et les motivations
