Entretien
Started with a phone screen and then I had three Zoom interviews after that (due to remote working because of the pandemic). The whole process took a little over a month. Communication was decent but I wasn't really given a timeline of what to expect. Ultimately, 4 interviews for a pretty entry-level customer service position seemed like a lot to me, but it seems to be pretty typical for CSC in general.
Good experience in the first interview with HR, in the second interview the department managers showed rude behaviors and asked aggressive questions from the start. Apart from that the recruitment process was smooth and I received feedback in a matter of days

Entretien
Process is normal but when discussing pay based upon skillset you will be super low balled. Other than that they take you on a tour of the facility and meet with members of the team on your second interview

25 minute telephone interview. She was very nice. She provided info about the position in great detail. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. Talking to the HR rep was easy. She made me feel very comfortable
