The interview process was very easy and laid back. The guy who interviewed me was the supervisor and he happened to be around the same area I was, so we just talked like we were having a conversation. It was at the desk in the back of the store and wasn't intimidating at all.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
