I received a phone call from the hiring manager and was asked a series of questions relating to customer service and food safety. The phone call lasted about 5 minutes. Admittedly I had a current Crossmark employee coaching what I should say as I was taking the interview. The interviewer caught on to it but kept the interview running anyway. The interviewer seemed pleased with my responses and told me that I would receive a call soon.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
