Had 4 rounds of interviews, 3 with the Crisil team and 1 with the client out of which 1 was managerial round with Cirsil. Interview level was good and had pretty good discussion about the team's environment and other important things. But the coordination with the HR and was very hectic, Cleared all the rounds and had a brief salary discussion and offer roll out discussion and then suddenly they reached out saying role was put on hold. very disappointed with their responses. waste of time

First it was Aptitude + technical test (MCQ based). Followed by 2 technical rounds fully focused on python. One technical round was taken online and the other one was from their office with Managerial round.
