Entretien
First round was a written test followed by telephonic round and then had a video calling round. Written test was easy where questions where basically related to logic. Telephonic was also not that tough. Question were primarily from finance field. Video call was a little tough. Strategic questions and case studies were asked in that round

The process was fair and result was time bound, therefor I can say it was a fair experience. However It will be great if they give more time to schedule different rounds

My experience with legal documentation and financial analyis
2 rounds of interview. Questions on past work experience and finance. Questions on post graduation and economy. Repo rate, ratios etc. Why crisil? Why do you want to switch?. Any questions for the panel
2 rounds were conducted and industry knowledge is must for this profile. The interview focused mainly on testing industry knowledge, your work experience and financial modelling & valuation knowledge. 1st round was taken by manager and he asked me lot of questions, also tested my reasoning. But 2nd round was short and it was taken by director, he basically wanted to understand my profile.
