Entretien
This was for the team of Quant Model Developer. There were three interviews.
First one was with the General Manager(Skype), Second with the Director(Telephonic) and third was with the Senior Director(Skype).

Question 1
Round 1 was very comfortable interview. I was asked about the kind of work I am involved in, years of experience, Software knowledge, projects handled. This interview was mainly about the job profile.
Round 2: Was similar to round 1, about job profile, how do you contribute to your existing team, family background, willingness to relocate to Mumbai. It was an half an hour discussion and interviewer made me feel very comfortable.
Round 3: This was the toughest of all, with the senior director. He will ask technical questions related to the financial market and crisils profile. Market risk, balance sheet, Option pricing, Data modelling in the financial market, statistical modelling etc.

The process was fair and result was time bound, therefor I can say it was a fair experience. However It will be great if they give more time to schedule different rounds

Question 1
My experience with legal documentation and financial analyis
2 rounds of interview. Questions on past work experience and finance. Questions on post graduation and economy. Repo rate, ratios etc. Why crisil? Why do you want to switch?. Any questions for the panel
2 rounds were conducted and industry knowledge is must for this profile. The interview focused mainly on testing industry knowledge, your work experience and financial modelling & valuation knowledge. 1st round was taken by manager and he asked me lot of questions, also tested my reasoning. But 2nd round was short and it was taken by director, he basically wanted to understand my profile.
