The students were shortlisted on the basis of CVs. There were two rounds. The first one was both HR and Course based. They check deep knowledge of the subject. Questions were asked on Econometrics, hobbies, why a particular field of study was chosen, etc. It was a simple interview, the interview was also good and was not asking to many questions.

There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.

It involves 4 rounds starting with aptitude and then two technical rounds with involved core structed finance questions, testing your basic to the deepest and then last round was HR which was all on personality and Situations.
