Initial step was a 30 min HR phone call interview after I applied via a job post online. After the initial call a technical interview was scheduled with the CREATEQ team, hosted by a senior developer working on a project I applied for, the interview was pretty concise as I was sick and asked to keep it shorter if possible. One thing that I wasn't quite fond of in that technical interview was the questioning style which was very QA ish, felt like I was back on an exam. After that first technical interview the second one was scheduled with the Team that I would be working for on that position. And this interview was more more engaging, much more like a conversation and sharing my experiences and my approaches to certain problems, and the last 10 mins was for a live coding test which was a simple algorithm to solve.
