Interview process began with three phone calls from the regional manager. Then the RM set up an interview with the outgoing Nurse Manager. Next was an interview with all local management staff. One on one with Regional manager, panel of all management staff and then vetted through corporate. The Regional manager followed up with 2 more interviews. We negotiated salary and then the interview/hiring process was completed.
