J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CR&R
Entretien
I interviewed with the company quite a while ago, but the first-round interview was fine. I enjoyed the conversation and they seemed impressed with my background. They ultimately passed me on to the next round, with the company's President, David Ronnenberg. This was an absolute disaster. He was about 20 minutes late, took a social phone call during the interview, and went off-topic for most of our time. I hardly got a word in edge-wise, and was barely able to go over my qualifications. I've honestly never felt so disrespected in an interview setting.
Well described and professional. Unfortunately no follow up on why I wasn’t chosen so I could learn from the process. I reached out several times and never received a response. This was disappointing.

I went through two rounds of interviews. The first round (a panel interview) was awesome. While I did find it strange I had to fill out some paperwork in the beginning, the experience overall was positive . The interviewers were kind, informative and I felt that we got off to a great start. By the end of the interview, I was even more excited about the position. It seemed like they felt the same way, as I was offered a second round interview shortly thereafter.
The second interview was HORRIBLE. He was late to the interview (by about 20 minutes), he didn’t seem to know what position I was applying for, and I was hardly given room to speak. Additionally, the bulk of our conversation was regarding topics that really had nothing to do with my qualifications. When I tried to steer the discussion back to my experience and interest in the role, I was interrupted and cut off. I was not given an answer regarding the hiring status for weeks, and only found out I was no longer being considered because I reached out to them.
I almost never post negative reviews, but I honestly have never felt more disrespected in a professional setting. It really was THAT bad.
