No interview just online applications, drug tests and background checks. If you can fog a mirror and pass the drug, background checks they will hire you. They will try and dazzle you with how much they care about their drivers but in reality those with any intelligence whatsoever care easily spot this charade as their words are never backed with any substantial action.
