Went through the Salt Lake City driving school. Has a lot to do with your mentality and ambition to accomplish the program. Make a friend there that is on the same page as you to complete the program. Having them as your study buddy, driving partner, phase 2 driving partner, and someone to help keep your sanity.

Question 1
14-21 days of driving and written test at 50+ hrs a week with no pay. Then phase 1 training with a trainer for a month and 20k miles driving experience with a couple hundred $$ a week to live on. Then Phase 2 training to prepare you for going solo. Phase 2 last about a month or two making .25 cents a mile running 2500-3200miles a week. (Very tough and tiring) then if you make it through these 3 steps with no issues accidents or problems then your given an option of either a dedicated or OTR ( Over The Road ) at .32 cents a mile. 6-7days out and 1day home. After phase 2 is when you finally get to go home and see your family and friends.

It's a system that does not care about you as a person to them you are just a number. They act like they are a family oriented company but it's all bs all lies do not come to cr worst company ever.

Mostly phone call interview you get told if you pass back ground check and you will talk to your recruiter alot. Hell ask you about previous experience and what is your goals for life and what your life style is. They will talk to you about the benefits of being a truck driver and why is beneficial to some people

Quick, friendly, and detailed. We reviewed the work and I had done before this application. We reviewed what my goals and ideas for my career going forward are. We reviewed opportunities within the company. It was a very thorough and very friendly process. Essentially I filled out primary application and was contacted by a recruiter. We had a verbal interview and then I filled out a more detailed application. They ran a background check and talked about the opportunities is there a sign that I understood the details of a career with the company.
