The interview for the analyst position took a little under an hour where I was interviewed by the director and a specialist in from the finance department. There were about five questions asking for more details about my past work experience, my future career aspirations, and a question regarding my technical skills with computers and accounting programs.

The interview has only Behavioral questions. There was no technical question at all and there was only 1 interview, probably because they were under a lot of pressure to fill d role: Give example of times where you have had to do a series things that displayed your management and people skills. what did you do? how did you handle it?
