First interview was over the phone. Next interview included business owner(s)--two people. Both were very industry savvy and personable. Not a hard grill, but rather, more like a meeting with a colleague.

Not really unexpected questions. All were more fact- and skill-checking than "what would you do if you could do anything in the world?" Not much open-ended query.
