Entretien
There were 3 stages to the hiring process:
1. Recruiter interview call
2. Engineer interview call
3. On-site interview with the team
I found the recruiter extremely overbearing (way too many calls unnecessarily, constant contact on WhatsApp) and did not continue the interview process as a result, which is a shame as the product looks very interesting. It made me question the culture of the company.
The engineering interview call asked a series of questions about my past experience and domain-specific knowledge regarding the position.
I would suggest to tell internal company recruiters to dial it down a notch with contact, and email ahead to ask if candidates are free to take a call, or just email when a call is not necessary.
