There are 2 round interviews. 1st was held in Hanoi office in Vietnamse, all questions are through my Resume. They required candidates who pass move to Haiphong office to join the 2rd round. After doing an easy IQ test in 10 mins, 4 interviewers asked candidates about their backgrounds. Althought no experiences required, they need 4-years commitment from candidates.

Entretien
They interviewed a group of candidates one time, so it took a long hour to complete an interview. Just asking general questions, the Interview session required both languages (English and Chinese).
The interview process took place quickly, I got the result after interview.
