Online application form to fill out - includes a question and resume
Initial phone call : why do you want to work at COS?
Then a group interview (6 of us total) where we did an icebreaker of 2 lies 1 truth.
Next was the "assessment"...
Paired us off to style an outfit for a particular style category (minimalist, bohemian, eclectic, innovative)
We then were split into two groups of 3 each to order a set of tasks by priority
Then we had one on one interviews with the manager.

Colloquio telefonico confusionario, audio pessimo da parte del recruiter. Per il resto molto tranquillo, caos a parte il recruiter è stato molto empatico e disponibile, ascoltando attentamente e rispondevo con sincerità a tutte le domande del caso

Annonce en ligne, puis formulaire à remplir sur le site, puis on est appélé par le management, on m'explique le poste, le taux proposé, si je suis toujours intéressée on fixe un rdv et je peux venir avec mes documents papiers.
