Very casual and easy. Usually with two managers and it's never group interview. very chilled. try to be passionate about the brand and customer service. Do some research about the brand and the others H&M brands like other stories and Arket.
the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

Entretien
We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
