The interview process takes... forever. The other interviews I have done for a Sales Associate job took 30 minutes max. I'm pretty sure my Cos interview took over 1.5 hrs. The interview overall was pretty standard. They made us do a group activity and an individual activity.

I applied online then received a phone call from the assistant store manager. I was asked a few questions over the phone then I was called for an interactive interview at the store where we had to do group activities. Then I was called back for an 1-on-1 interview with the assistant store manager and store manager.
