The interview process was 2 brief telephone screenings. Then I was invited into the store for an interview. There was only one interviewer. I found that she appeared, cold and unfriendly. I really made an effort in my answers and my appearance. She made me feel uncomfortable, that I shouldn't really be there. I am so dissapointed at this awful experience as I love the COS brand. I no longer shop there in Vancouver but instead enjoy the stores in the UK and Europe when I am back visiting, which is also a much pleasanter experience. After the interview I find it awkward to shop there.

The interview process was average. It was a group interview so you have to answer questions in front of other people. I also had a style an outfit. It was fun.

It was a assessment setting with a group of people. We went through a series of activities which tested styling, merchandising and teamwork. Assessors prioritised communication and learning as well as flexibility.

Colloquio al telefono di 15 minuti. Poi colloquio di gruppo in 3 fasi. Prova outfit, prova di gruppo e discussione di gruppo. Poi face to face con il department manager e store manager.
