Entretien
Interview process was pretty standard, lasting around a week total. Had initial interview with Program Director, followed by a Case Study session and final interview with Regional Manager. Each "portion" was held virtually. Case Study included responding to several scenario-based questions with resources provided by the organization.

The interview process was done via video. Both interviewers were easy to talk to and were very descriptive of the expectations and what Cope Health Solutions did on an everyday basis.

Entretien
The interviews were a series of 4 with different team members and in different formats. The company worked with me being in another city and was helpful doing it on the phone and online. It did take a significant amount of time to complete but I got to see/speak to a lot of various teams and get a sense of the organization.
