Thorough but fair. Phone screening with a recruiter, then with a regional director, area director and a few local territory managers. They were all casual conversations and not intimidating. Very manageable as long as you prepare. Research the company products and mission.

HR phone interview, an online assessment, hiring manager virtual interview, 2 TMs virtual interviews, hiring manager in person interview, national sales director virtual or in person interview. It's a multi-step process but they move quickly and efficiently if you have a solid chance at the role.
