Phone screen that was very basic with general questions. Interviewer was not familiar with the business. Followed by a panel interview the next week with HR, Hiring Manager and one additional employee. Basic behavioral interview. Was told that the next step was a reference check for the successful candidate and I would receive a call or email on their decision within a week it has been over 3 weeks since my final interview and have never received a call.
