Entretien
I interviewed for this position in person a number of months ago. The overall process was a two step straight forward process however I immediately starting seeing some red flags as follows.
1. The interviewing manager seemed to lack detailed information on the role
2. The interviewing manager was unable to answer basic questions I had around the delivery methodologies the companies used (he mentioned a mix of agile and waterfall with third party involvement).
3. One of the HR managers asked a number of pie in the sky preposterous questions that had no relevance to the role. It was as if they literally just jumped on the call with no frame of reference to the role.
4. One manager asked me how I would see/define the role for the specification he had written with the hiring manager. This really stirred up concerns as though the spec they had written for the position was inaccurate.
To anyone interviewing for a position here, be aware that it's still a relatively new operation with no defined processes for their tech division.
