Applied through company web site and received a phone interview request from the Recruiter. Interview took about 45 mins and was very typical with behavioral questions. Then heard back after 2 weeks for another interview with the department heads. It was such an awesome interview.. little bit of technical questions and behavioral questions. They immediately wanted a face to face interview. Then went to the company 2 weeks latter . Interview with HR and the Department Managers along with the plant visit. Awesome experience and amazing people. One week after the interview got the offer for the job.

I had two interviews in 48 hours. The interviews were not very difficult. Pretty standard "Tell me a time" questions. The first interview is through a standard Hiring person and the second is with an interested manager.

Manager got annoyed during interview - not professional
Manager was distracted during interview - several times by other team members and phone calls
HR specialist was great - knew the process and the protocol

Contact via email, had to set a time for a phone interview. The call was 30 minutes late, and questions were straight forward. How do you handle stress? Tell me a project you had to deal with someone that confronted your opinion. It was very quick and the interviewer kind of hung up on me because time was up.
