I sent my application, and received an email invitation to record a video interview. It basically involved going to a website and recording answers to questions presented on the screen. Times allotted for answers ranged from 30 to 90 seconds. You get a trial round, and then 1 chance to redo the interview (same questions for the most part, but in a different order). If the hiring managers like your video interview, you get invited to attend a hiring event, either in person or by phone. I attended mine by phone since I couldn't make it into the city that day. Interview was conversational and casual; they tell you about the job/responsibilities, and ask you about what you're looking for, past experience, etc. One of my interviews went a little more in depth about my knowledge of current political events and economic/economic policy, but it wasn't anything too rough, provided you keep up with the news. After the interviews, I sent over some writing samples; got a call informing me I got the position a few days later.

It was mostly behavioral, resume-related questions. I found the experience to be positive and pretty standard for the most part. Some about my coursework as well and understanding of the show.

2 step interview, first was more of a vibe check with a group. Second was one on one. Easy, friendly and warm environment for an interview. Didn't feel that nervous but curious about what they look for in the first steps.

I understand the process involves going through an assessment center followed by an interview with the hiring manager, after which the final decision will be made regarding the internship opportunity.
