3 consecutive interviews. Focus on teamwork , leadership, technical and flexibility to work, willing to travel on short notice and willing to relocate on the company network anywhere in Canada or Us.
The interview process was way too long. They provided a good history lesson of the company but the actual process was not great. The company should re-evaluate and try to streamline the interview process to make it less demanding on applicants.

I was invited at the Edmonton office. It was a 2 person interview panel, a lady and a gentleman. All behavioral questions were asked. Duration was about 45 minutes.

Entretien
The interview process went well. There was a short initial phone screening with a representative from HR about a week after applying. Following the initial screening there was a webinar with pertinent info and then formal interviews (conducted via phone).
