Phone interview and first round, normal and some behavioral questions. Nothing too difficult, If you've done this position before. Second round - business case, presentation of findings and facilitate workshop...
The entire interview process is too long. We are not interviewing for a VP or CEO Position. 4-5 Months not acceptable. I can imagine how long a decision will take at this company.

Lengthy process for the interview. Went through an initial phone call and then met in person and completed a small case. Two different interviewers were present. The interview altogether lasted approximately 1 hour and a half
