The interview process for this company begins with an On Demand Assessment conducted through a platform called Criteria. Candidates are sent a link to complete the assessment, which consists of two parts: an aptitude assessment and a personality assessment. The aptitude assessment is designed to evaluate the candidate's cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills. It consists of 40 questions and has a time limit of 20 minutes. Candidates are required to answer the questions within the given timeframe. The second part of the assessment is the personality assessment. This assessment aims to assess the candidate's personality traits, behavior, and preferences. It consists of 133 questions and has a time limit of 10 minutes. Before completing the assessments, candidates are informed that only those who clear the test assessment will be contacted for further steps in the interview process. Following the completion of the aptitude assessment, candidates are sent an email with a link to access the results. This enables them to review their performance and understand their strengths and areas for improvement in the aptitude section. Overall, the first round of this interview process involves the completion of the On Demand Assessment through Criteria, consisting of an aptitude assessment and a personality assessment. The company emphasizes that clearing the assessment is a prerequisite for moving forward in the selection process.
