I applied online, after a week, received an invitation for my 1st interview 1st Interview: Interviewed by 2 Mfg Engr leads, about my work experience and motivations. After a day, received another interview invite for a 2 hr 45 min group interview 2nd Interview: • HR, 30 minutes: About motivations, then discussed some benefits. I have some questions but she didnt able to answer and rather ask me to just google, but I had a good conversation with the interviewer. • 2 Mfg Engr leads (same from my 1st interview), 45 minutes: Technical and some situational questions related to the role. I got distracted at some point because of their facial expressions. • System Engr, 45 minutes: Technical questions purely about system trouble shooting which I havent expected. Interviewer trying to explain everything, just like we are having some brain storming.   • Production Team Mgr, 45 minutes: Mostly about motivations and past experience. I really had a good conversation with her 👍.  Supposed to have an interview along with the Head of Mfg Engr, however, due to schedule conflict, which I think HR should have seen before sending me the meeting invites, HR scheduled a separate interview date 3rd Interview: Head of Mfg Engr, 30 minutes, question are mostly motivations. Advised me to wait for a week before I receive a feedback 4 hrs after the last interview, received a feedback that I didnt make it for the final interview due lack of deeper technical knowledge. My thoughts: 1. My last interview with the Mfg Engr head was mostly motivations questions, so my thought was they already had a decission even before my third interview. 2. I applied for Mfg Engr position, however, I was asked technical questions specific on system trouble shooting which I believed should have been asked to a system engr applicant. Overall, it is a good experience. I am really interested to the company too bad I didnt received an offer
