Terrible.
It all started with a phone screening. Questions were weirdly organized and had awkward pacing. Don't know why they needed one director to schedule a phone screening and another director to interview. Do you not have an HR department?
In the first/lunch round interview, one of the interviewers walked out early. They did give me notice before sitting down, but considering the way I was rejected- I have a feeling now that they just did not care at all.
Rejection was sent before I even had a chance to send out all my thank you letters. Which can be kind if a candidate needs to know whether a position is a good fit IMMEDIATELY, but brutal for an honest candidate who would like to be CONSIDERED for the position... The quickness of the rejection showed no consideration. Which to be frank was really rude.
Rejection was also addressed to "Uniform" (Yes you are reading that right. They sent it to 'Uniform' instead of any formal variation of my name). And I was rejected from the [not available] position. (Not from the 'Staff Auditor' position. It was the [not available] position).
I'm pretty sure a candidate named 'Uniform' did not apply for the [Not Available] position at your company...
This was extremely unprofessional. And shows a lack of due care and excellence which I showed you in kind during the interview process.
I'm happy to have left the interview with some experience. But I would seriously caution any detail-oriented, qualified candidate who would accept employment from them.

Preliminary phone screening and was invited to interview the in Chicago. Chicago interviews included a one on one and a one on two. Process was easy- everyone I spoke with was kind and relaxed. Each interview seemed pretty straightforward and conversational, very little behavioral-type questions.

Email from admin to set up a phone screening. Basic phone interview going through my background, what I was looking for, what the position consists off, etc. Phone call a few days later setting up a face to face interview.
Interview with executive director, very informal and relaxed. Interview with two directors that went through my background and transcripts and asked some behavioral questions. Lunch with two staff auditors.
