First general interview with HR was over the phone - this is good as it was more relaxed than going to the company for an interview. I had my interview wth Michael Heaney in Belfast and he made me feel relaxed and allowed me to go on to talk through my skills without getting too nervous and forgetful. In this interview I was also given a lot of information on the company background and what they do which was great to get a better understanding of the company. Second interview was a technical interview, again this was over the phone as someone in Chicago and someone in Belfast were performing the interview. This was a challenging interview as you would expect for a job of that level however I was made to feel at ease so I answer as best I could if I was unsure about anything. Durning the technical interview I was asked a number of questions as well as having discussions on different technical aspects. Good mix of questions and discussions.
