Thomas International Intelligence and personality tests. Duration of the process 3 weeks. Close and nice approach very much focused on skills, behaviours and attitude.

Basic interview over zoom with 2 people. I met the VP of HR and then a potential peer. They were personable. We talked about the company and the role. They asked some situational questions "tell me about a time when..."
