It was an intensive interview taken by a panel of Senior management to test the patience, attitude, culture, flexibility to wok in shifts, commitment to purpose, integrity. In short they tested on every skill that a candidate must possess to be in managerial position in future.

Video interview followed by a group interview in person, very fair process. Did not manage to make it to the next round as all the candidates in my group were pretty capable
