The interview started late, waited on a district manager. 2 district managers interview me but were very green on the subject of my position. They knew it was important but didn't know what to ask me, to take control of my experience I lead most of the process. I gave them my background in motor vehicle and the third party aspect too. At the end we discussed money, availability and a very small description of the position.
