Online exercise->Panel exercise (try to draft proposal within 1 hour)->Face to face panel interview (may ask you what you good at and something skill question such as mvac VSD/how to save the electricity cost)
Interview was conducted by 2 people, HR and Senior engineer. HR asked more general questions, while the engineer asked more detailed questions. The interview was conducted for around of 1 hour
