First, they went over the job description with me, and asked if I had any questions about the job itself. Then, they asked about what I had put on my resume, and went over each section with me, asking questions about specific details.

I applied by submitting my resume through my university's career center, and was emailed back within a week or two. Then I did an in person interview with them at their Austin office.
