Got an email after applying asking me to do a video interview through hirevue. After that I was sent another email with three interview times to choose for an in person interview. Went to the airport and met with the ops manger a lot of discussion of the company and it’s goals.

One in person interview at the airport, mostly easy and behavioral. Highlight CLEAR’s values - they take great pride in those and also highlight the safety required in an airport as it is extremely important.

Very easy. Need to have customer service or sales background. They ask situational questions like tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, questions like that.
