Interview process was actually very smooth. Call with screener and hiring manager then three in person interviews. The offer stage was a bit odd -- I didn't feel like they really asked much of substance in the interview and then they were chasing down my door to get me to sign.

The first round was a phone screen with the recruiter, and the second round was video call with the hiring manager. That was as far as I made it in the process.
Despite not moving forward, I had an incredibly pleasant experience. My recruiter was communicative and prepared me for what to expect. They were kind, and after it was determined I would not be moving forward, they explained why and kept it very positive while taking the time to answer all of my questions.
The hiring manager I interviewed with was thoughtful and very clearly excited about the work.
I'm writing this review because I had such a good candidate experience, even though I didn't make it very far.
CLEAR remains a company I will keep an eye on for future roles that might be a better fit because of this experience.

How does this role align with my career goals and what I'm looking for in my next move?

Recruiter no-showed the first interview and everyone else I spoke to was late to the subsequent calls. Didn’t leave any time to allow the candidate to get into their experience. Shared canned anecdotes about company’s response to COVID. Couldn’t articulate the details of the role. No follow up responses to emails. Sloppy from beginning to end and made me feel undervalued as a candidate. The interview process was off putting enough to make me reconsider a career at CLEAR.
