On the phone. Very comfortable. discussed background and what I have done an accomplished over my career. Did a Zoom interview too with several staff members. Discussed benefits and what pay would be.

Two interview process. Both interviews were quite laid back and more discussion based rather than list of questions. Overall, as long as you can speak to why sort of value you can add to the team, I feel like the process was not too difficult to pass.

Phone screen followed by silence on their end. No follow up or replies sent back. I would always avoid companies that do this to people that spend time to interview and follow up. Stay away from this company.
