3 rounds of Interviews with direct reporting manager, Head and HR. The one with HR and head would be easy, your introduction and expectation. So you clear your direct reporting manager, you clear all.

Interview with department head directly. If passed, second interview by senior team members. After that, back to HR for generic background check etc. It could take months for HR to get back after
1st round with direct supervisor. 2nd round with peers. 3rd round with department head. the 1st and 3rd rounds really matters. the process would last from 1 months to half a year.
