Basic interview with HR such as background, criminal record check, salary expectations. They will contact you with 2 weeks to notify if you have moved on to the next level. 2nd level interview is with the manager of the group you are applying for which is pretty similar to the first interview, more relaxed because the manager wants to see if you make a good fit for the group.
