Behaviour questions were the prominent approach throughout the interview and included the Senior Director and her two Director reports After the first round then needed to meet the VP as well as the President before I was offered the role. This was an interesting experience and very helpful that the Senior Director brought her two direct reports into the interview.

The interview itself was fine, nothing special but I could tell there’s no culture. No communication after an interview, very unprofessional approach, the job just disappeared after 6 weeks of waiting, no answer to a follow up email
