Applied and was given a brief phone interviewing a week afterwards. Questions were all behavioral questions dealing with customer service. A week after that, an in person interview followed and it was equally simple. Asked about my past work experience and then just a few behavioral questions regarding teamwork. The interview process overall was more on the casual side, not much preparation is needed.

Was smooth and warm. Nothing to add. Was more intro than grilling. From the beginning it was obvious that we clicked and interview was more conversational. Some tmat questions, some customer scenarios and checking loyalty issues.
