first it was a 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter the a 1 hour face-to-face with hiring manager and role play with customer on the phone.
customer in role play was a newlywed going on honeymoon and had to sell a credit card. You have to congratulate the customer and ask them about their income, their interests and suggest a credit card accordingly and try to close the sale. you have to act excited on the phone.

Entretien
they called me for 1 phone interview on phone and the lady was very polite and generous in talking to me, she asked me questions like what are your short term goals & long term goals. She also asked me for my past experience in sales. I was called for my 2 & final interview which was face to face. They hired me calling 2 days later. :)
I just had the phone interview. I am yet to get a feedback. The interviewer was nice and friendly. Questions like example of how you get new clients and sell to existing ones. How do you upsell?
