Pretty basic; many questions were about if I am legally allowed to work in Canada and if I have any connections to the city. Mostly behavioral questions about why cibc and why commercial banking.

Online interview with three different people of varying rank and roles. They were more interested in me as a person versus my overall skills as there was case study to do for the next step of the process.

You are very busy with your day to day and a project that you are nearing a deadline for. Someone else comes and asks you to work on a critical job but you are already at your max workload. How do you respond?

Entretien
firstly, they prefer fresher from SFU and UBC. First would be to get invited to a mixer/Mingler where you will meet the rest of the team. if you’re able to create an impression you’ll be called for a second interview, which is a case study. It was a difficult case study, but all you need to do is show them how you handle pressure and tough situations.
